Crab Feast @ PARKROYAL Plaza Brasserie‏

Crab lovers, be alert!
This post is especially for you. Be awe by the different variety of crabs Plaza Brasserie offers.

From 5 June to 31 August, Plaza Brasserie @  PARKROYAL on Beach Road will be offering the sumptuous Crab Feast under its popular Best of Asia themed from Mondays to Sundays.

Besides the all-time favourite Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab, you can look forward to savouring Chef Jackson’s new crab recipes, Crab with Tang Gui, Baked Crab, Nonya Curry Crab, Butter Crab, Stirred Fried Crab with Egg Yolk, Salted Egg Crab and XO Crab.

May the crab feast begins:

Nonya Curry Crab

Spice lovers, you will definitely like this Nonya Curry Crab. The flavour is really HOT! It spiced up my appetite.

Chilli Crab

Chili Crab is known as our national dish. Many celebrities (Super Junior) who came to Singapore would definitely try chilli crab. How can I miss the juicy crab being whipped up with the chilli gravy?

Crab with Tang Gui

A very unique dish.
This is my first time trying crab in a soup-based. The crab was soaked in the Tang Gui soup-based and it brings out the sweet flavour.

Salted Egg Crab

My all time favourite - Salted Egg Crab. The crab was coated with the salted egg yolk and I must say the crab meat tasted delectable with the combination. The salted egg lingered on the crab and enhanced the overall flavour.

Black Pepper Crab

Plaza Brasserie offers the fresh and quality crabs to all their consumers, you will never be disappointed. What's more, you get to enjoy 8 different flavours of crab by paying the price of only one person. It's a big steal right?

The different variety of sushi collection.
I had sushi to kickstart my buffet feast.

Fried prawns.
Anything that is fried is good.

Other than crabs, you can enjoy other hot varieties such as Stir-Fried Squid with Celery in “XO” Sauce, Oatmeal Prawns, Nonya Curry Chicken, Eight Treasure Duck, Steam Fish in “Hong Kong” Style, Fried Baby Kai Lan and Crabmeat Fried Rice, Crispy Soft Shell Crabs and Braised Sea Cucumber with Roast Pork and Mushrooms.

The prata is a must-try over at Plaza Brasserie.
They offered a variety of flavours for prata such as plain, egg, chocolate, durian, banana and etc.

I decided to go for 1 original (egg) and 1 special (chocolate).

The mouth-watering chocolate prata.
The crispy prata was not oily compared to those I usually had in the neighbourhood. And I just had the chocolate prata plain without dipping into any sauce.

Despite how full I am, I will always make room for dessert.
My meal will not be complete without dessert.

If you have a sweet-tooth like me, do remember to savour their range of delicious desserts ranging from Sweet Potato, Water Chestnut, Bubur Cha Cha, Mini French Pastries, Chocolate Truffle and Cheese Cake, Assorted Ice-Creams, Fresh Fruits, Almond Beancurd, Chin Chow, Rice Pudding with Vanilla Sauce, American Cheesecake, Chocolate Fondue served with Fresh Fruits, Dried Fruits and Marshmallows.
