After nearly 4 months - 54 rounds of intensive PK competition held in 3 of the hottest nightclub - Shanghai Dolly, Dragonfly and Firefly; the team with the best performance has unveiled.
Team Firefly has emerged as the overall champion for Guinness Live. The winning team has garnered over 22,000 votes on the Guinness Live Facebook Fan page. Congratulation to Willis, Alfred, Howie and Si Ling.
They have earned themselves the opportunity to perform their brand new, yet-to-be-released single with Eric Ng and also performing together on stage with music sensation, Power Station.
The Guinness Live music initiative was launched on 1 November 2011 in support of the local live music scene and sought to groom 12 young and aspiring Chinese music performers under the guidance of three industry veterans.

On 17 March 2012, in conjunction with St. Patrick’s Day, music will take centrestage as each of the 12 Guinness Live participants perform with renowned local music composer and producer Eric Ng and show alongside with Chinese music superstars Power Station (动力火车) and Liu Li Yang (刘力扬).
Rest assured tt will be a night filled with great music, tons of fun and delicious food (Guinness pie, Irish stew and oysters quartet)!

Ticket information: S$15, sold at the door from 6.00pm onwards, limited to 500 tickets The Guinness
Each ticket entitles the ticket holder to one free pint of Guinness Draught and one free pint hat.
In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, Guinness pie, Irish stew and oysters quartet will also be on sale for the night and there will be a one-for-one Guinness promotion running between 6pm and 11pm.
Introducing the international superstar:
Power Station 动力火车
Comprising of You Qiu Xin and Yan Zhi Lin, the Taiwanese rock-duo has rocked the music entertainment with their 18-octave high singing and fiery live performance. The two men have exceptionally strong vocal which win the heart of many individuals during the mid-late 1990's.
They are also well-known for their very long hair and their specialization in fast-paced rock ballads, as well as electrifying rock anthems.
Liu Li Yang 刘力扬
She joined the third seasons of China‟s popular singing competition "Super Girls" in 2006 and won the adoration of many with her powerful clear vocals, androgynous good looks and unpretentious nature. Polling over 350 thousands votes, Jade emerged as the champion of the Guang Zhou district from 80,000 hopefuls nationwide. She was later crowned second runner-up at the national final of the competition.
After the competition, Jade underwent a series of recordings and performances and released her first EP titled "Puppets". In 2008, she joined H.I.M international Music and collaborated with label mates Fahrenheit‟s Aaron Yan and One Million Stars champion, Yoga Lin. Both duets have received good feedbacks that helped to build up her reputation out of China.
