Receiving a beautiful bouquet of flower is always a heartwarming affair, it makes the recipients feel loved and special.

Every bouquet has a symbolic meaning attached to it:
- Rose: Love
- Hydrangea: Appreciation
- Sunflower: Adoration and faith
- Chamomile daisies: Relaxation
- Baby breath: Purity
Carnation: Fascination

Today I am going to introduce you a florist with more than a decade of experience and put in 100% satisfaction in every bouquet they created, Flower Delivery - Fav Florist.
Not only does Fav Florist has a store located at Sin Ming Road, you can visit their website for online purchase too. To ensure your recipient receives nothing but the best, Fav Florist strives to deliver timely order and beautifully crafted flower bouquets.

I received a bouquet of All Smiles – Baby Breath Daisy Bouquet from Fav Florist. Thanks for brightening up my day and put a smile on my face, the past 2 weeks have been a fast and furious one for me. Super hectic.

This bouquet is now priced at $40.90 (U.P: $44.90).

Fav Florist bring us top premium quality and farm fresh flower creations to our doorstep.

They use pesticide free, organically produced and fresh succulent flowers which are air-flown. Despite using top quality flowers, Fav Florist set their price affordable with the lowest price beginning from $24.90 for a bouquet. Best of all, they offer free standard delivery for all flower bouquet. $15 for express delivery to be delivered within 1 hour from order time.

All Smiles – Baby Breath Daisy Bouquet is filled white baby breath and chamomile daisies.
Chamomile daisies is a symbol for rest and relaxation while baby breath represents purity, love and innocence.

This bouquet will brighten up the recipient's day with a boost of energy. The combination of the 2 flowers exude a sense of peace and make me feel relaxed, just what I need the most now.

The flowers are carefully selected by the experienced florist so that the flowers are freshly cut and will last longer. They also created this simple yet beautiful floral arrangement.

It was a lovely sight where the chamomile daisies bloomed into shades of yellow and white, and surrounded by the sea of white baby breath. I was attracted by the baby breath which looked simple and beautiful at the same time.

If you wish for something special, Fav Florist also provides customisation of bouquets where you can choose the wrappers and flowers of your choice. Just let them know your requests and they will do their best to create your desired bouquet.

If you do not have any idea in minds, you can opt for Surprise Weekly Bloom where the florist will decide on the bouquet arrangement, wrapping colour and material and main flower. The main flowers used include Red or Pink Roses, Carnations or Gerberas (depending on the occasion that you choose).
To create something that can last forever, Fav Florist comes up with Flower Dome where we can admire the beauty for a long time. LED lights are installed in the dome to bring out the beauty of the preserved flowers.

Fav Florist is mainly an e-commerce flower delivery service. If you prefer to self collect your order at their physical store, do inform them in advance.

I get to know about The Acai Lab from Best in Singapore, they have recently shared on Best 7 Acai Bowl Available For Delivery in Singapore. Click on the links to check out the details.

With only an hour lunch when working from home, it can be quite time consuming to head out and buy back lunch. I'm glad that there is delivery to save me the hassle. My order came in the nick of time of the chosen time slot of 12pm to 1pm. I had something light before the delivery arrived.

There are currently 5 specialty bowls available on the website with the size ranging from medium to large and the price starts from $8.90 to $15.60. You can also add on drizzle, superfood and fruits to it. Out of the 5 specialty bowls, I have opt for the above 4 bowls.

If you want to have something special, you can opt for DIY Acai Bowls to customise your own bowls that is tailored to your liking. It is available in medium ($10.80) and large ($14.80) size.

If you are just looking to purchase Acai Puree Base, this option is available too. It is available in medium ($14.12 - 300g) and large ($22.10 - 473g) size.

My order came with a pack of ice pack to keep the acai bowls cold and retain the freshness of the fruits.

What set The Acai Lab different from the others is their Acai base. They created a special base using multiple purple superfoods using premium quality foods, providing the nutrition level of our acai bowls. To ensure the best quality, the ingredients are imported daily from private, organic plantations.

4 benefits of Acai Berry:

1. It is anti-oxidant rich which boosts immune system and protect against free radicals.

2. It contains fiber and vitamins which aids in digestion, lower incidences of cardiovascular disease and improves cholesterol.

3. It prevents heart diseases, improves cognitive, function and lower blood pressure with omega 3, 6, 9.

4. The sugar low is low which is perfect for weight loss.

Specialty Acai Bowls
Signature Acai Bowl ($10.20) - Medium

The signature acai base contained 10 most popular toppings which includes Granola, Banana, Strawberry, Blueberry, Kiwi, Raisin, Pumpkin Seed, Coconut Flake, Cranberry, Chia Seed.

Acai Bowl is a thick smoothie filled with a variety of fruits and toppings. I like that the fruits are organic and GMO-Free which make the fruits fresh as no preservative is added. The fruits selection and base paired well together and brought a mouthful of flavour. The granola gave a good crunch too.

Nutty Nature ($8.90) - Medium

This bowl contained a mix of pumpkin seeds, goji berries, nuts as well as fresh cut kiwis and bananas, topped with blueberries for a tangy garnish. The nutty bowl was delicious, the gori berries and blueberries helped to sweeten the taste and balance the sourness from the kiwis. The pumpkin seeds and nuts provided a crunchy texture and added fragrance to the taste.

Fruity Delight ($9.80) - Medium

The Fruity Delight contains acai with 3 types of fruits - Mango, Kiwi and Blueberry. It was a delight to pair together with Raisins, Almonds and Coconut flakes. The mango slices were very juicy while the kiwi slices were refreshing. The freshness of the fruit provided the best source of vitamins and minerals.

Tropical Acai ($9.00) - Medium

The tropical bowl was filled with refreshing fruits and delicious toppings which includes Pineapple, Banana, Mango, Raisin, Coconut Flakes, Walnut, Cranberries, Chia Seed. I love the sweet mango slices and chewy chia seed that cover the tartness from the pineapple. The ingredients in every bowl is nicely paired up, saving me the hassle to think of what selection of ingredients to choose.

Our lunch ended with healthy and delicious notes. The bowl boosted my energy level and nutrients required to carry on with the work awaiting me.
