Japanese makeup artist, Miho, was here in Singapore to teach us how to create dramatic makeup looks which can effortlessly enhance and transform our features using the new 1 Day Magic series makeup products.

As Miho-san guided us through the step-by-step makeup demonstration, we also do some hands-on on the products found in our goodie bag.

【3D PALETTE】

I Day Magic 3D Palette comes in a quad palette. Combining 4 natural colours in the face palette, contour and highlight your face any time of the day with its convenient and portable size.

1. Apply blusher on entire cheek.

2. Apply blusher at the centre of the cheek bone.

3. Contour the side of your nose and jawline with bronzer.

4. Highlight T-zone area using highlighter.

The palette has so many functions in it, this can be used as eye-shadow too. It comes with a brush that is easy to use and soft on skin. The colour was good and blend well to my skin tone, I like the fact it is long lasting too.

【EYEGLUE LIQUID】

With its strong adhesiveness & waterproof feature, you can create long-lasting and natural-looking double eyelids in a matter of seconds! 

It can be used as false eyelash glue as well, the adhesive formula has been designed to dry up quickly to counter smudge-prone lids.

【EYE LINER】

K-Palette 1 Day Magic eyeliner is waterproof, it does not smudge my eye makeup even when I am sweating.

【MASCARA】

As the name 1 Day Magic Fiber Mascara suggested, it has both fiber and volume mascara set in one. You can increase the volume of your eyelashes UP TO 10 times with the thick fiber brush.

This was my first time using using fiber mascara. The fiber was feather-like.

After applying the fiber, volume your eyelashes with the  impressive curl-keep polymer mascara. The mascara too, was waterproof. We do not need to worry about panda-like smudges around the eyes when we perspire. 

 I am not one who is blessed with long eyelashes. The mascara is definitely something I am in need of.

Here's how I look after trying out the 1 Day Magic series. My favourite of all is the eyeliner.

Time for food after the workshop:

We had Salade D’Canard for entree.

Duck confit salad, green bean, shallot and cherry tomato.

For main course, I decided to go with Pancake with a Twist. Mozzarella infused pancake, turkey ham and cheese sauce, grilled bratwurst, and sauerkraut salad.

The pancake and Mozzarella was a perfect combination together with sausage and ham. Every mouth tasted so delicious. I want to visit boathouse and have this again.
