For savoury bites, it made up of Truffle Egg Tartlet, Parma Ham, Crab Meat & Tobiko Sandwich, Tuna & Cucumber Sandwich and Tomato Gazpacho.
For the sweet bites, it made up of Banana Citrus Caramel Cake, Red Velvet White Chocolate, Raspberry Dark Chocolate Tart and Strawberry Lemon Choux.
It was really a luxury to just spent the afternoon away chilling with the savoury and sweet treats. We should all have afternoon tea once in awhile.
As I wasn't feeling very hungry, I had Roasted Seabass with caramelized celeriac and lemon caper sauce where the portion was just nice for me. The caramelized celeriac and lemon caper sauce brought an acidic flavour to the tender seabass, tantalising my taste buds.
