ClearSK Club Launch

ClearSK Medi-Aesthetics (ClearSK) is not an unfamiliar name to me. I was a paying customer of ClearSK for their facial services at Novena Velocity.

ClearSK has just launched its newest centre at Leisure Park Kallang. Now we have another location added when choosing our preferred choice of ClearSK outlets.

TwinSculpt for Medi-Slimming.

TwinSculpt uses fat freeze technology that comes in twins to deliver effective results more efficiently.

With twin treatment, two body parts can now be treated simultaneously, shaving treatment time by half. Each twin treatment lasted between 45 mins to 70 mins. The treatment can be done on tummy, flanks, thighs, back, underarms, elbows and even on the under chin area. 

Both Jas and I have a quick 10 minutes try-out of the treatment.

The TwinSculpt treatment uses cryo-therapy which fuses freezing of adipose tissues in sub-zero temperatures with a vacuum suction to break down fat tissues and fat elimination takes place through the lymphatic drainage system with no down-time.

Recommended to be done every four to six weeks and the results are visible from two-weeks’ post-treatment.

Feeling both excited and anxious for the treatment.

Upon entering, I was warmly welcome by the therapist. The blue and white surrounding made me feel calm and serene.

I took a seat down at the waiting corner and the therapist, Cheryl, approached me to find out my concerns and going through mechanics of the treatment. She told me that I have baby fats over along at my jawline and she will use radiofrequency and ultrawave to breakdown the fats at these areas.

While waiting for Cheryl to prepare my room, I take the opportunity to walk around.

There was sweets and snacks that customers can help themselves to while waiting for their appointment.

The specialised skincare products are formulated based on dermatological science to treat various skin problems such as pigmentation, acne, wrinkles & fine lines.

Lying down on this comfortable bed and tuck myself in the thick blanket.

Duration of the treatment: 50 minutes to 1 hour.

All I need to do was to lie down and enjoy the treatment.

Step 1: The treatment started off with double cleansing of face.

Step 2: After which, it was the start of Focused Ultrasound waves that was used to selectively shear off the fat layers and break up the fat cells, with no damage to surrounding other tissues. For this, you will experienced light pulsing waves and warm sensation. At first, I felt a bit discomfort because of the heat, but after awhile, I started to get used to the heat and enjoy it.

The machine used for Radiofrequency.

Step 3: Accent Radiofrequency Unilage mode. Cheryl used Unipolar  Radiofrequency technology to heat up dermis. This generated alternating electromagnetic fields that cause friction and heating in the deeper tissues, which lead to improvements in overall shaping, firmness and new collagen formation.

The heat transmitted was not as hot as the ultrasound waves, it gave a cold and warm sensation. I was in a half-awake, half-asleep state, slowly dozing off. The whole process was so comfortable.

Step 4: Cool off my skin with mask.

Upon applying the mask, it gave an icy cold sensation. So cooling! With the soothing music, it made me feel completely relax and take away all my worries.

Here's my result for the before look and after 2 sessions of treatment. I felt that my skin is no longer that saggy, it become firmer. My jawline looks more defined and my baby fats have become thinner. I am satisfied with the result and the treatment provided. Do note that the result is temporary and not permanent. 

Initially I thought my face would look slightly red because of the hot sensation treatment, surprisingly no slight redness appear. I can continue my daily activities after the treatment.

With all the festive season approaching, it's time to pamper and make ourselves look good. I can't wait to go back to ClearSK and pamper myself with more sessions.

She got her chin and cheek done. She too, could not feel any pain. See, she was in her relaxing mode too.

The second attendee got her chin and nose fillers done. She too, didn't feel any pain when doing the nose filler. I always thought the nose area will be the most painful because I could feel the bone. But surprisingly, it is not the case (:

Though they did not look very big difference after the filler, but it definitely enhance their features
