Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Launch + California Pizza Kitchen

The latest addition to the Surface family – Surface Pro 4 – is here in Singapore.

This tablet can be replace with our laptop, it gets thinner, lighter and faster.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 takes what people love about Surface Pro 3 and makes improvements, packing more power and performance into the thinnest, lightest Surface Pro yet. It runs full Microsoft Office and bring the best of Windows 10 to life including Windows Hello, Surface Pen and Microsoft Edge.

During the launch, we were given an opportunity to have a hands-on experience of the Surface Pro 4, allowing us to find out how it is one of the best mobile computing device with the portability of a tablet and the power of a laptop.

Right after our Microsoft event ended, we were having discussion on where to have our dinner right outside the museum, looking at our phone for ideas on whether to go Wisma or Forum.

Just then, a couple approached us asking if we were going to Forum. He thought we were lost as we all stood still looking at our phones, in discussion and saying out the word "Forum". We told the guy that we were checking on app to find out the choices we have for dinner at nearby. Then he said, "Ask me, I am the app".
He was really helpful, haven't meet such a helpful person for a long time.

In the end, we decided to go for California Pizza Kitchen because Tracy has 'buy one get one free' deal from Entertainer App. We ordered 3 main course and get the other 3 free to share among the 6 of us.

Pepperoni pizza.

Peking Duck pizza.
This was my favourite of all. The pizza was toppled with fried wanton strips. It tasted crispy with each bite of the pizza. It was so marvelously.

Kung Pao Spaghetti.
My second favourite. This dish was a fusion of Western and Chinese style. The Chinese classic with garlic and red chili. It turned out to be delicious and flavourful.

Chicken and mushroom spaghetti.

We were that 3 pizza and 3 spaghetti will be too much for us, so we ordered chicken for the remaining 2 main course.

We never have such a gathering dinner for a long time. It was really nice to catch up and unwind ourselves from work.

After our hearty dinner, we took a stroll back to Orchard Station.
Right outside Forum, we spotted this lovely horse carriage. This made me think of Cinderella in her pumpkin carriage.

Christmas is just round the corner, are you looking forward to it?
Yes I am. Definitely looking forward to the long weekend.
