8/4/12 - Sunday
Thanks Zesta for the invitation to James Morrison's MTV Session which took place at Waterfront Studio @ Resort World Sentosa.
This is my first visit to Waterfront Studios. Inside the studio, the place is equipped with the latest in audio, lighting and full HD camera systems which make the studio a optimal place for production recordings with a live audience.
British singer-songwriter James Morrison has drawn 200 music fans down to the intimate studio environment where the MTV session will be filmed live and the music fans will get to know a different side of their favourite artiste through the live and up-close performances, friendly banter and interview footage.
James had performed a total of 10 songs specially arranged for the MTV Sessions.
The songs include Up (a duet with Jessie J from his latest album The Awakening), You Give Me Something, Songs for You and Nothing Ever Hurt Like You.
His third album - The Awakening was released on 26 September 2011. His album was ranked top in United Kingdom just 2 weeks after release. The songs are really great, do listen to it during your free time (:
I love how he interacts with the audience, he never fails to create laughter in the studios.
He looked so naturally on stage, I can see how much he really enjoyed singing. Not just him, the audience enjoyed his performance as well. It has been a nice one hour close-up session with James Morrison.
After the performance ended, we were being treated to a can of Zesta drink. A refreshing drink to regain our energy after being an attentive audience.
The group of us then took a picture with the poster of James Morrison. *Thumb up*
GF and I just love attending music showcase and concert. We are truly the fans of good music .
Once again, thanks Zesta for the invitation to the MTV session, we enjoyed the performances very much. Last but not least, Happy Easter Day!

Craving for Xiao Long Bao and Dim Sum, our clique arranged for a dinner gathering over at Eastern Restaurant located at Centrepoint.
This is a must order dish whenever we come to Eastern Restaurant.
We just love Xiao Long Bao so much <3
Wanton with hot chilli sauce.
The spicy wanton is incredibly fantastic.
How incredibly fantastic is it?
Until HP and GF got themselves a plate each. Whereas William, Terence and I shared a plate. Oh gosh, I'm craving for more now!!!

Putting shrimp in the egg becomes a new combination and gives the consumer a different taste.

GF and I shared the plate of fried rice. We have declared full at this stage.
Steamed Prawn Dumpling
Our meal will not be complete without this.
