It's weekend again. Time to meet up with friends and loved ones for a catch up.

It been quite awhile since I last went to Sentosa, approximately 2-3 months. So I dated KP out with me to Sentosa for a walk.

We stopped by at the Merlion.

Standing at 37 metres high, this half-lion, half-fish creature is the icon of Singapore. The fish body represents Singapore's origin as a fishing village while the lion head represents Singapore's original name — Singapura.

Tired after the long walk, we decided to take a tram ride around the beach station.

KP is going on a holiday trip to Taiwan soon. So envy, I want to go on a holiday too.

After which, I made my way down to the East for a BBQ gathering at Andrew's place to the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Mid-Autumn Festival is a festive celebrated by the Chinese on 15th day of the eighth Chinese lunar month where families and friends will gather together for a dinner, eat mooncake and play with lanterns.

All of us were helping out to start up the fire. We were having fun while preparing the food.

Guinness Arthur's Day Concert in Singapore‏

What day is today?

It's Guinness Arthur's Day!

I will like to thank Guinness for hosting its first Arthur’s Day celebrations in Singapore with the inaugural Guinness Arthur’s Day™ Concert held at The MAX Pavilion, Singapore EXPO.

the music event was organised to celebrate the legacy of GUINNESS founder Arthur Guinness and the much loved GUINNESS brand.

It's an awesome five-hour long action-packed concert, bringing together 7,000 fans for a celebration along with Paul Wong (黄贯中) from Hong Kong’s legendary rock band Beyond, Taiwanese vocal powerhouse Shin (信) and award-winning balladeers Gary Chaw (曹格) from Malaysia and China’s Della Ding Dang (丁当) who thrilled the crowds throughout.

It's been a few months since my last concert. Totally missed listening to live music.

One Night In Beijing - 北京一夜

Shin, the former lead vocalist of 信乐团. I had listened quite a couple of times the song - One Night in Beijing during Guinness Live. Finally I get the chance to listen to live version by Shin.

Shin had brought his secret weapon - 小宇 Xiao Yu.

The minute he walked out, I immediately whispered to Joey: "Your idol, Jay Chou is out!"

He really looked like Jay Chou.

Shin's second secret weapon: A-Lin

The pair then took the stage and sang: 狂風裡擁抱

A nice song by Shin and A-Lin.

During their performances, Shin also led fans into signature toasts “To Arthur”.

It's Della Ding Dang (丁当) from China.

Her singing was truly awesome, she kicked start her performance with the song: 我是一只小小鸟

She too, had a powerful vocal. I'm amazed by how high her pitch can go.

Della's secret weapon: Cheerleader group.

I loved her performance the best because I know most of her songs and she was really good at bringing the crowds high.

OST of Taiwan idol drama - Xia Yi Zhan, Xing Fu (Autumn's Concerto)

I nearly teared when listening to this song. 

The song is really nice and the lyric is so touching. Everyone knew that song and was singing along with Della. The touching moment for Della was when she stopped singing and the audience continued the song for her.

A really nice song that was repeating in my head over and over again.

Gary Chaw (曹格) was next.

Gary had brought his new band “Sensation” with musicians from Argentina and Brazil along to the concert.

So that night, he sang lots of latest English pop songs.

The one and only artist who get down the stage to shake hand with the audience. Hate that I was not in the standing pen.

L'EGERE & STAR CRUISE event with Kevin 老师

Thanks to L'egere, I have the opportunity to attend L'EGERE Port Stay event - Get Flawless at Sea, on Super Star Virgo with Kevin Lao Shi.

L’egere is a Korean skincare brands which was highly recommended by Kevin老师 on Queen (女人我最大) as he strongly convinced of its skincare benefits to women. It helps women to achieve flawless beauty.

Without any further ado, let me bring you through the journey of Get Flawless at Sea.

Finally I have boarded Superstar Virgo. I was awed by both the interior and exterior design of the cruise. It's really beautiful and posh, everything here is first class standard.

We were being led to this big theatre, The Lido, where the skincare and makeup demostration will take place. The two-storey Lido theatre offers a seating capacity of 864, a perfect place for holding a function.

Oh yes, finally we get to meet the Taiwanese celebrity stylist and make-up artist Kevin Chou in person. During which, he imparted the tips and tricks using L’EGERE skincare. Not only that, Kevin 老师showed us make-up demonstrations and we learned how to achieve flawless skin.

Kevin 老师 was so nice and friendly, you can see from the way he interacted with the audience. He even walked up to the audience himself.

The food made me drool. I loved the fried fish, crispy and delicious.

I took 2 at a go.

Took a stroll to Deck 11. Time for a chill and photo taking time.

Sometimes I wonder, did I miss out a lot of beautiful things going on in life?
