There are 4 restaurants and bars within the hotel and we had our dinner at Tempo, a bar that serves international fare located at level 1.
I had Oven Baked Norwegian Salmon ($26++) served with Mashed Potato, Carrot Escabeche with Pesto Cream Sauce. I like that the richess of the sauce was just right without feeling jelak after pairing with the salmon fillet and it added savouriness.
