DBS has launched this new revamped space at Plaza Singapura that enhanced digital banking complemented by human connection.
The revamped space featured the concept of “café and branch” where customers will be first welcomed by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee by Bettr Barista at the entrance of the branch. This allows customers to chill with a cup of coffee or enjoying some light bites in a relaxed atmosphere while using DBS's services.

VTM is a 24 hours service machine that provides non-cash banking services such as the issuance or replacement of internet banking tokens or debit cards. There will be instant ‘face-to-face’ assistance via live video to assist your needs. With this, we don't need to wait until the next working day to head to the bank to change our tokens or cards.
You can scan your passport or insert NRIC to access the VTM.

Other than the above, DBS has also launched enhanced DBS Multiplier Account, making it easier for them to qualify for higher interest rates from 1.55% to 3.5% on their account balances, with no minimum salary crediting amount and no minimum credit card spend.

The enhanced DBS Multiplier Account only require to have their salaries credited with DBS/POSB and transact in one or more of the following categories: credit card spend, home loan instalment, insurance or investments.
The minimum threshold for total eligible transactions to $2,000. This allows more young adults to qualify for higher interest rates, starting from the time they enter the workforce.
The more categories you transact, the higher is the interest:
• Between 1.55% p.a. to 2.08% p.a. if their salary credit and transaction in one category add up to $2,000 or more
• Between 1.8% p.a. to 3.5% p.a. if their salary credit and transactions in two or more categories add up to $2,000 or more
The flexibility in managing finances help the young adults to achieve their financial and life goals.
Customers only need to deposit their balances in a DBS Multiplier Account while transacting with their usual DBS/POSB accounts, to enjoy the higher interest rates.
