Sally Hansen's Nail Workshop Tea Party

I have an eventful day spent with the girls at Sally Hansen's Nail Workshop Tea Party where we learnt about the techniques on how to maintain the shape of our nails and the steps for manicure. The event was held at Little House of Dreams @ Dempsey Hill.

Sally Hansen is an American beauty brand founded in 1946. It is the number one nail brand in the U.S.A. amongst other countries and they are known for the affordable beauty products.

What's tea party without the mouth-watering desserts?
The desserts were in matching floral theme with the bistro which is located in the lush greenery and natural surroundings of Dempsey Hill.

Every piece of the cakes and desserts in the dessert table looked so photo worthy. The lively colours lifted our mood and we can't wait to try the food.

Little House of Dreams is a homegrown bakery bistro, the interior of the bistro makes us feel relaxed, as though we were dining in the garden. The place was decorated with floral.

Enjoying the ambience of the bakery bistro.

Dig in to the food, we began our high tea session before we start our workshop. The food was really delicious.

I have Citrus Tea to go along with the food.
It has been quite awhile since the girls have such a session together where we enjoyed the food while having our girl talks.

After the tea session, it's time to begin our Sally Hansen's Nail Workshop. Here were the tools and products that we will be using.

We first started off with creating our ideal nail shape by filing our nails, mine is round shape. We used the Nail Shaper (grey stick) to shape, smooth and file our nails. This was a tedious process where we have to constantly file our nails from end to centre.

Next, we used Moisture Rehab (in blue) to moisturize our nails. It is a lightweight serum for intense hydration leaving nails replenished and healthier-looking. The serum has a nice scent where we just brushed on our nails and massage the serum into our nail till it was absorbed. It leaves our nails and cuticle feeling conditioned and stronger.

I preferred a darker colour for my nail colours.

We used Double Duty Strengthening Base & Top Coat to moisturize and hydrate nails with Panthenol.

Choose your favourite colour to paint on your nails.
I'm not really good at painting nails. Therefore, I was the slowest among all.

Take a look at the Miracle Gel. With the Miracle Gel, there is no need for UV lamp and the chip-resistant nail polish can last longer.

There are 2 types of strengtheners we can choose from, Miracle Nail Thickener or Miracle Cure.

Miracle Nail Thickener is suitable for people with thin nails, it helps strengthen and protect nails. It will make our nails look smooth, healthy, shiny and stronger.
Miracle Cure is suitable for people with severe dryness and require intensive moisture. It helps strengthen the nails and stops peeling, seals the nail plate and bonds layers together.

Thanks Tracy for the group photo and also bringing me to the event. I enjoyed the workshop with the girls where we learned on the skill to maintain and polish our nails.

Thanks Sally Hansen for organizing the workshop and the generous gifts. I can't wait to use all these products for my in-house manicure session using the techniques I learnt.

It was a well spent Sunday with the girls.
