Brewerkz Siloso Saison Blanc At Sentosa GrillFest

I spent my Saturday at Sentosa GrillFest enjoying Siloso Saison Blanc by Brewerkz while chilling at the beach.

Sentosa GrillFest brings us scrumptious range of tasty delights with un-grill-ievable evenings over 4 weekends staring from 19 July to 12 August 2019.

The third edition of Sentosa GrillFest featured 27 F&B establishments with skilful chefs prepare juicy spreads over live grill stations, and tuck in against a stunning sea view of Siloso Beach.

We visited Brewerkz's booth at Siloso Beach to try out their new, event-exclusive craft beer, the Siloso Saison Blanc. This is a limited-edition Brewerkz craft beer brewed exclusively for Sentosa GrillFest 2019. Get your craft beer at $10 now.

The Siloso Saison Blanc is a bubbly craft beer inspired by summer flavours. It was indeed a refreshing drink to have while chilling at the beach. It has a smooth malt honey taste and poured with a creamy white top, the light-bodied beer has a dry finish like white wine and leaves our tastebuds with a gentle bitterness. 

The all-new Siloso Saison Blanc definitely live up to Brewerkz's name of Singapore’s longest-running craft brewery experience. GF and I enjoyed the light sweet taste and refreshing craft beer.

The Siloso Saison Blanc complemented well with the smoky flavours of the Brewerkz restaurant’s best-selling the brand-new menu item - Grilled Lamb Short Ribs and Kombu Truffle Fries, Kebab.

CEO and Owner of Brewerkz, Tan Wee Han, was also at Sentosa GrillFest with us. He shared with us about the collaboration with Sentosa, creating their own craft beer experience, Siloso Saison Blanc, specially just for Sentosa GrillFest 2019.

The event exclusive craft beer is a nod to sunny beachside fun at Siloso Beach. Siloso Saison Blanc encapsulates the spirit of the sun, sand, and sea into a beer inspired by Siloso Beach, while paying homage to the island’s past as a coastal fort.

I enjoyed the Kombu Truffle Fries which was aromatic, the truffle flavour was strong and the after taste will linger in your mouth.

The Grilled Lamb Short Ribs had a good ratio of fats and lean meat, it was well coated with the mustard sauce that gave a tangy taste.

I loved the cube size kerbab that was succulent and nicely grilled. The meat was lightly charred on the outside and juicy on the inner.

It has been such a long time since we last catch up with just one another. She is my partner in crime, glad that you came along with me to this event.
