Happenings in January - Dim Sum Haus

I had Chicken Katsudon ($15+) which was at reasonable pricing with generous amount of ingredients and balance of flavours. The katsu was crispy on the outside while maintaining a succulent moisture within.

I was attracted by the interior of Dim Sum Haus and decided to give it a try.

The restaurant  boasted a charming ambience with a palette of Tiffany blue chairs set against light colour tables and walls, the cozy space exuded an inviting atmosphere.

They served dim sums at an affordable price but the choices were not too extensive. We eventually settled for Deep Fried Shrimp Dumplings, Siew Mai and Prawn Mango Roll. I love prawn mango roll the most, the roll featured crispy edges enveloping succulent prawn and mango in it. The tantalising sauce drizzled over the roll added sweet note to the dish.
