I'm all ready to head out to attend Tiger Street Football Singapore 2012 Press Conference hosted by Tiger Beer Singapore at Marina Bay Sands.
And upon registration, we were given a media tag.
Tiger Beer is back with its second edition of street football tournament this June. And the brand ambassador, Dutch football legend, Edgar Davids, was here with us at the press conference too.

Edgar Davids was the one is white cap. Little did you know, this Dutch football star already had 74 international caps to his name.
At the press conference, Edgar Davids was joined by Rene de Monchy, Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific Breweries and Adam Zecha, Executive Vice President, Head of Sales, Southeast Asia, ESPN Star Sports.

Tiger Street Football tournament in Singapore last year was a great success. So this year, Tiger Beer hopes to bring a unique flavour of the best live football action to fans with street football.
Tiger Street Football will return to the streets of Singapore on 1 to 2 June at Clarke Quay's Central Fountain.
Tiger Street Football Singapore is presented by internationally acclaimed Tiger Beer and is set to treat football fans and public to a showcase of the best football action from local and international teams.
Next we had Adam Zecha, Executive Vice President, Head of Sales, Southeast Asia, ESPN Star Sports.
This event is organised in partnership with ESPN STAR Sports with the goal of elevating the level of play and passion for football on the streets of Singapore.

Meet the brand ambassador, Edgar David, who has played for the likes of AFC Ajax, AC Milan, Juventus, FC Barcelona, Inter Milan and Tottenham Hotspur. Edgar is also very strongly associated to street football, serving as a patron for the game and its varieties all over the globe.
Tiger Street Football will present to spectators a non-stop football action in a distinctive football pitch and competition format. The unique oval, caged, hard-couty pitch with no side-lines and a dynamic, continuous state of play will provide a refreshing platform for players to showcase their talent. The knock-out competition will feature a high energy game of two 6-minute halves with a 2-minute half-time period.

The tournament will take place in 5 Asian countries - Thailand, Singapore, China, Malaysia and Vietnam. At the Grand Finals in Vietnam, the top team from each local leg will not only vie to win attractive cash prizes but a chance to be the Tiger Street Football Champion and win the conveted top prize of USD30,000.
A host of Tiger Street Football activities are awaiting the spectators and fans at Clarke Quay, which include autograph sessions with Edgar Davids.
