Singtel introduced their latest entertainment offering, CAST, a mobile app that fill our phone with our favourite Korean shows, cartoons, variety programming, Asian content in full HD.

Cast is Singapore's first OTT video portal app that offers thousands of hours of exciting movies, dramas, variety shows and kids' entertainment delivered on Singtel's extensive 4G network.

Singtel Postpaid Mobile Customers can stream your favourite shows from entertainment filled packs including Kids Pack, Asian Hits Pack and Hallyu Pack at a price of S$4.90 per month for each pack with one year contract, customers can opt for a special 1GB data add-one for additional S$3 per month.

For customer without a contract, subscription for each pack will be $6.90 per month.

Customer can also enjoy exclusive promotion on the partners’ apps – including Viu Premium by signing up at CAST to enjoy the latest Korean and Japanese entertainment at the same prices.

Viu Premium Service

It offers the widest selection of latest Korean dramas and variety shows such as Doctors, Lucky Romance, Running Man and Return of Superman, as well as Japanese drama such as A Girl & Three Sweethearts and Love Song.

Being a Viu Premium subscribers, you get to enjoy priority viewing with English and Chinese subtitles as fast as 8 hours after the original telecast with no interruption viewing while using the app.

I'm currently watching Doctors and there are a couple more Korean drama that I want to watch too. The app comes in handy for me.

Hallyu Pack

The place where you can find the best of Korean entertainment from top Korean broadcasters on popular channels ONE, Oh!K and KBS World such as Doctors, W, Running Man, Infinite Challenge and Return of Superman.

Kids Pack

The pack features the Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. channels along with popular programmes such as Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Shimmer & Shine, and more. 

This is suitable for daddy and mummy with kids.

Asian Hits Pack

The pack has more than 1,000 hours playing of popular hit movies, entertainment and drama series from Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China in their original languages, including blockbusters Helios and Mr Unbelievable.

CAST is available on both Apple IOS devices and Android devices, simply download the app from App Store or Google Play Store. You can also download via My Singtel app.

CAST subscribers get conveniently pay for the subscription through the monthly Singtel bill.

We were treated to a wide buffet spread. My favourite were the kimchi pancakes and salmon.

Our homegrown singer, Kelly Poon, was at the event too. 

She sang 2 songs that night - Korean version of 'Always' and '爱无力'.

I thought that Kelly will sing the Chinese version of 'Always', but she said that since it was Hallyu night, she will sing the Korean version instead. I love this song very much, my favourite OST from Descendants of the Sun. It reminded me of the drama.

爱无力 is my favourite song of Kelly.

最后我们分开了 虽然还是朋友 

但做回朋友的情人 想摆脱关系不太容易
